Trainee at Granitor Systems

We are looking for you who are a newly graduated civil engineer or university engineer with great interest and curiosity in the field of technology. You are a person who has a strong drive to plan and carry out activities, likes to work goal-oriented and has a good ability to work together. You want to continue to develop and are open to change

Details about the trainee program

• You are employed from day one
• The trainee program lasts for 18 months
• We start with a joint introduction and then alternate between practice and theory throughout the program
• The program gives you the opportunity to make valuable contacts, get to know Granitor's organization and corporate culture and gain a broad competence within the company
• You are placed in one of our departments where you will be able to try out all areas - from workshop work to project management. In parallel, training, seminars and study visits are carried out
• In addition to visiting the operations within Granitor, visits to some of our customers are also included
• You will be supported throughout the period by a personal mentor

For those accepted to the program, we also offer internships during the summer before the program starts, with placement at one of our local offices.
