Embassy of Sharing
Our most important urban property complex is now emerging in Hyllie, Malmö. An area as large as 55 000 square meters that will soon be filled with offices, homes, restaurants and meeting points – with each building fulfilling one or several UN Global Goals when finalized in 2030.
Embassy of Sharing has been designed by Wingårdhs Arkitekter and is being developed by Granitor, in close collaboration with the City of Malmö. Our vision is coming to fruition thanks to our collaborations with Boost by FC Rosengård, Altitude Meetings, Stiftelsen Botildenborg, Meeting point for Social Innovation and other actors with the mutual aim of improving both the future and Malmö. The foundation pillars for the project are innovation, sustainability and sharing economy.
