Roles at Granitor Systems
Electrical Designers
Our designers work independently in our projects, but of course together with and with the support of project managers and other project employees. Our designers are involved in designing efficient and modern facilities. The tasks in an electrical design for automation solutions include everything from dimensioning, choice of equipment to final documentation, everything in industry-leading design tools
Programmers
Our programmers work extensively with programming and systemization throughout the chain through our projects. The tasks are performed on assignments of varying size and character. Our programmers develop the best solutions for each specific situation, for dialogue with project managers and designers and participate in or lead commissioning. Our programmers work mostly with IT, PLC, SCADA or DCS systems and usually have an engineering education in electricity, machinery or automation or high school with a technical extension (type YH education) with a corresponding specialization. An exciting development of our working methods with simulation and virtual comissioning is currently underway.
Project managers
Our project managers are people who have worked with us for a while and who take the step further to lead not only themselves in their own work but an expanded project group in more or less large projects. Important tasks are tendering, project planning, follow-up, reporting, coordination and purchasing. A project manager has full responsibility for results and leads the project from project start to takeover and works to ensure that we have good relationships with our customers, run the projects profitably and motivate and engage other project employees.
