Bulk Material Handling Control System

Bulk material handling using gas as the conveyingmedium is known as pneumatic conveying. Thematerial to be transported is suspended in the gasstream and is transported through a pipeline to theintended location, where it is removed from the gasstream and dumped. This method is widely used invarious industries, including food processing,pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and minerals. Granitor supports the development of control andSCADA dashboards. We are using Siemens S7-1500 asthe primary control. Also, using Ignition Platform asthe SCADA as well as the user interface.
