• Field Data Connectivity

Data from the field is mainly taken from the controller or directly into the sensor. Our solution includes an area data gateway to collect data from the existing plant controller or databases. This gateway also has an industrial router to send data via the internet/intranet into a central server. Don’t have any controller or database in the field? Don’t worry. Our field data gateway can also accommodate industrial IO cards to monitor data directly from the sensor and equipment. We can also supply the sensor if you don’t have one in the field.

After data is transmitted to the central server, we store and map the data into our software, Ignition. Granitor Systems APAC is an Ignition Certified Partner for Indonesia. Ignition is one of the IoT software that is very powerful for remote data monitoring. Granitor systems use ignition software as part of the PIMS solution. With Ignition software, you can easily manage and access your data from anywhere. We can provide you with the on-premise server on the cloud server based on your request to host the ignition platform software. The data will be stored and managed with the ignition historian feature. Many features can be added, like email notifications, MQTT data broadcasting into other systems, etc.
