Training and Consignment for Digital Control Room Project

Recently, PT Granitor Systems APAC held a software development training Inductive Automation Ignition Platform in Jakarta from February 20-24, 2023. The training was specifically for one of our clients who will be working on a digital control room project and was attended by 10 staff members assigned to the project. The training included various methods such as explanations, videos, and hands-on practice with a case study on online monitoring of generator data.
The architecture developed during the training consisted of three functional parts: remote gateway, IO/database server, and front end. Data was taken from the OPC DA simulator, and the Ignition Edge on the remote gateway was responsible for connecting to OPC DA to retrieve data from the simulator. The data was then sent via MQTT to the IO/database server. The data on the IO server was retrieved through remote tag provider configuration and then bound to the view created in the front end. Participants in the one-week training were able to complete all tasks assigned.
Following the training, a consignment for the digital control room project was held at the PT Granitor System APAC office in Bandung from February 27, 2023, to March 3, 2023. The consignment was attended by 10 people, consisting of the client and Granitor staff including Subhan Alimul Haq, Muhammad Reza Firdaus, Mickael Eko, and Rachmat Lasama. The purpose of the consultation was to discuss and agree on matters related to the project, such as assignment distribution, the scope of work, design concept, and working method. The agreed-upon matters will serve as a reference throughout the project.
