Fresh Graduate Development Program

Location: Bandung, Indonesia

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals for our highly coveted Fresh Graduate Development Program. This program is specifically designed for recent D3, S1 graduates who have yet to gain any professional work experience, or at least one year experience. As part of this program, you will undergo comprehensive training and be immersed in hands-on learning, actively participating in both theoretical and practical aspects of various projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent graduate with a degree in Control System, Physics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic background and a passion for control systems.
• Good English language skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
• Good physical health condition to perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
• Willingness to work at our Granitor office in Bandung

TERMS & BENEFITS

• Participants will receive mentorship and practical training from experienced engineers within our company.
• Outstanding participants will have the chance to secure permanent employment at PT Granitor System APAC.
• The program will run for a duration of 3 months.
• Participants will receive a study allowance throughout the program.
